VerdeForm programs provide general fitness education and coaching structure. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for an appropriately qualified professional. Choose activities appropriate to your circumstances and stop if a movement causes pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort.
3. Catalog and demonstration cart
Program descriptions, prices, durations, and availability are presented for this website experience. The current cart is browser-based and the checkout confirmation is a demonstration; it does not process payment or create a fulfilled order unless a separate written arrangement states otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape private communications, introduce malicious code, impersonate VerdeForm, or use content to make unsupported health claims.
5. Intellectual property
VerdeForm names, written program materials, design elements, and original editorial content belong to VerdeForm or its licensors. You may use materials for personal, non-commercial learning and may not reproduce or resell them without written permission.
6. Availability and limitations
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, VerdeForm is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of general educational content.
